GEICO ARX — direct repair program
We are a direct repair facility for GEICO through the GEICO ARX (Auto Repair Xpress) program. GEICO customers can have their vehicle inspected, estimated and repaired with us while GEICO manages the claim in the background — often with no extra steps for you.
Erie Insurance — direct repair facility
Erie Insurance customers can use our shop as their direct repair facility. That means a streamlined claim, direct communication with Erie, and repairs completed to factory standards by our I-CAR Gold Class team.

Yes. Superior Collision Center works with every insurance company — we handle the claim paperwork directly with your adjuster. On top of that, we are a direct repair facility for GEICO and Erie Insurance.
Are you a GEICO direct repair shop?
Yes. We are a direct repair facility in the GEICO ARX program (Auto Repair Xpress). GEICO customers can bring their vehicle straight to us and we handle the claim and repair from there.
Do you work with Erie Insurance?
Yes. We are a direct repair facility for Erie Insurance, which means Erie customers get a streamlined claim and repair process at our Manassas shop.
Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?
No. In Virginia you have the right to choose your own repair shop. If you want your vehicle repaired here, tell your adjuster — we work with every insurer and can start the claim with them.
Will my repair use factory-approved parts and procedures?
Yes. We are I-CAR Gold Class certified and certified by 10 manufacturers including Jeep, RAM, Chevrolet, GMC and Nissan, so repairs follow factory repair procedures.
